WORKING WITH A TRAINER
Training sessions don't have to be everytime you workout.  It is recommended that you should get a Body Tune Up every four to six weeks.  This will give you a boost in your program, recharge your motivation and gives you a new workout so that your body doesn't plateau.

To obtain a personal trainer, feel free to contact one of them below, or for assistance, please fill out the personal training inquiry with your interests in order for our fitness manager to match you up with a personal trainer who best fits your needs.
