ENROLLMENT FEES
A one time enrollment fee is required upon joining and is based on the type of membership. Corporate and Group Enrollment Fee discounts are available based upon the number of membership purchased.

Cancellation of Membership:
Members may cancel their membership at any time by completing and returning the cancellation form and returning it to their home club. A 30-day notice is required in order to cancel your membership.
Cancellation Form
Inactivating Membership: Members may inactivate their membership at any time by completing and returning the inactivation form to their home club. You may put your membership on "inactive status" for a minimum of three months or maximum of 12 months. A 30-day notice is required in order to inactivate your membership.
Re-activating an Inactive Membership: Members who are on "inactive status" may re-activate their membership by filling out the re-activation form at their home club. A processing fee will be assessed at the time of re-activation.
